I have been meaning to photograph this memorial for some time now. Every time I go up the GW Parkway to get to work, I pass this lovely and fanciful memorial. Of course, I have neglected to showcase what is normally so eye-catching about the thing. I prefer this one which pays attention to the texture and detail of the wave.
